This gym is truly something special! From the first day, Julia , the owner — made such a difference with her amazing energy and constant support. She’s not just welcoming, she’s genuinely passionate about helping everyone feel their best. I also did one-on-one training with Alfie, and he was incredible — he really listened, pushed me when I needed it, and helped me reach my goals. The studio itself has such a cozy, inviting vibe, and I loved how they would host events to bring everyone together and build a real sense of community.

I have been working with Conte Health & Fitness for over three months now. I love the team, the personal trainers are nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to understand individual goals and needs. After 3 months, I have seen incredible change in my body and mind. There is also a great sense of community, variety of workouts, focus on overall well being and a general passion about helping others achieve their fitness goals. The entire team creates an encouraging atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and supported regardless of their fitness level. There are options to do 1-2-1 sessions and small group sessions that usually are not larger than 3 or 4 people per session. The owners are also super invested and really do care / follow up on individual progress regularly. Looking forward to continue my journey with them!
